At MSC Osteopathy, we are committed to making your visit as smooth as possible, including clarity around payments and claims. Please take a moment to read the following information regarding billing procedures and available claiming options:
General Payments
All consultations must be paid in full at the time of your appointment.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss payment options, please speak with our friendly reception team before your consultation.
TAC & WorkCover Clients
We accept TAC and WorkCover patients; however, payment is required in full on the day of your appointment.
A detailed invoice will be provided so you can lodge your claim directly with the relevant body.
Private Health Insurance
We have HICAPS facilities available onsite, allowing eligible patients to claim private health insurance rebates instantly.
To confirm your rebate amount or eligibility, please contact your private health insurer directly prior to your visit.
Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plans.
We welcome patients with an EPC/Chronic Disease Management Plan from their GP.
Full payment is required on the day of your consultation using a debit card.
The applicable Medicare rebate will then be processed back to the same account.
