At MSC Osteopathy, we are committed to making your visit as smooth as possible, including clarity around payments and claims. Please take a moment to read the following information regarding billing procedures and available claiming options:

General Payments

• All consultations must be paid in full at the time of your appointment.

• If you have any questions or would like to discuss payment options, please speak with our friendly reception team before your consultation.

TAC & WorkCover Clients

• We accept TAC and WorkCover patients; however, payment is required in full on the day of your appointment.

• A detailed invoice will be provided so you can lodge your claim directly with the relevant body.

Private Health Insurance

• We have HICAPS facilities available onsite, allowing eligible patients to claim private health insurance rebates instantly.

• To confirm your rebate amount or eligibility, please contact your private health insurer directly prior to your visit.

Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plans.    

• We welcome patients with an EPC/Chronic Disease Management Plan from their GP.

• Full payment is required on the day of your consultation using a debit card.

• The applicable Medicare rebate will then be processed back to the same account.
